interview

now that the interview is done i have found out what is needed in the productions. this has helped give me a detailed and better idea of what must be included in our production. some idea such as websites have specific pages which are really important to fans and that is the blogging page. It is essential we make are attractive blog page but not too flashy that the fans get confused on the page.

i also found out that the male see's the website as the only connection with his artsits. If there is no website then there is no connection.

i found out that for my audience research i must find out about their ethnicity and interests in more detail so i decided to go to a male citizen aged 18 with ethnicity white male (from what i found out many white males listen to soul type of genres) and interview him to find out his needs and targets. this is crucial as it will help give me more details in what is needed in the production to help target my age group.

i researched many music videos eventhough they do not have the same genre as we producing but these videos have a similar storyline to ours and some of its conventions i was quite interested in.

this video has a geek coming in to fix the womans pc and when he see's the woman he finds out that she is a hot celebrity, as he is fixing the pc he has dreams about playing with her going out with her and doing many other things. the geek is wearing glasses and hair gelled to one side with his first button done along with a bowtie.

these are all the location settings we shall be shooting in. we have lso got alternative settings so that if the location we want is in use then we have a back up so we can use the other setting instead of waiting for that location to get free.

i got my feedback for my planning folder and i still have got a lot to do. i must find out the ethnicity, age, gender, and interests of my audience. but thats not all i will be working on the ideology behind our product which is very difficult to come up with. i forgot to do the schedule of our production so i worked on it yesterday and its all done. if everything goes to plan then we can get evrything done in time and not in arush too. we have three members in the group and we must take full advantage of each of the members. eahc person will be given a specific responisbility but because we are making 6 things for our production we probably need to have more than one resposibility on our heads.
